Agnes has had over 30 years specialised family law experience having become accredited as a family law specialist in 1994 (initially in NSW where she conducted her own practice) and later in 1999 in Queensland.

Agnes has an excellent understanding of the family law system and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients with high regard to minimising costs and delays. She is committed to using mediation and/or negotiation as the path to resolving family disputes and finding appropriate non-litigious solutions wherever possible.

Agnes’ experience includes the full range of parenting matters, complex financial cases including negotiating financial agreements and “pre-nups”, child and spousal support. She regularly appears as advocate in family law matters before the courts. Agnes’ experience includes same sex couples advice on separation and surrogacy arrangements.

Agnes holds the position of Principal of the Family Law Section of this firm.
