
Kym commenced employment with Hall Payne Lawyers as a Solicitor in August 2011 having practised largely as a plaintiff lawyer in Queensland for the last 15 years.
Kym has extensive experience in all aspect of general practice, with particular focus on litigation. Kym’s clients are typically people who have experienced loss due to an event that wasn’t their fault but must now deal with the legal process in order to seek reparation.
Already facing difficult times, being unfamiliar with the legal system can make it all the more daunting for clients, yet Kym is sensitive to their needs and those of their families. In assisting her clients, Kym takes the time and care to explain complex legal concepts in a concise and non-technical manner.
She appreciates also that giving clients early access to rehabilitaiton can make a huge difference to their life and the lives of their family members.
