Experience
Laura has been with Hall Payne Lawyers since August 2007, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (2005, Murdoch University), Bachelor of Laws (2007, Queensland University Technology) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (2008 Queensland University of Technology). Laura was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008 and the High Court of Australia in 2009.
Prior to commencing her employment with Hall Payne, Laura was an Australian Youth Ambassador for Development, working in Laos PDR with the International Labour Organization in the prevention of child labour and the prevention of trafficking in children and women.
Laura practises in the areas of Industrial and Employment Law. In 2009 Laura completed a secondment with a union, and assisted in obtaining the registration of a union.
