Raul is passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of personal injury law, whether that be related to:

  • worker’s compensation claims;
  • road accident compensation claims;
  • abuse claims;
  • medical negligence; or
  • public liability claims.

He is dedicated to ensuring his clients are fairly compensated.

“I have heard numerous stories from individuals who were injured but unaware of their rights until it was too late. Injuries can be life-changing, and although compensation will rarely reverse the impact of one’s injury, it is important to achieve justice and restore dignity to those that were negligently injured.

Similarly, it is also important to hold employers and institutions accountable for their duties of care. I am very lucky to be working with one of Australia’s premier personal injury teams and to be helping some of Australia’s most vulnerable workers.”

Outside of work, Raul enjoys reading philosophy and theology, watching football, and baking pizzas in his portable pizza oven!

I highly recommend Leanne Taylor who has given to me, and my wife, the best service, advice and support during our application for a Permanent Resident visa.

Leanne knows her job inside out and provides the best support during the arduous process of applying for this visa, she is a consummate professional. Leanne is always available to answer any questions and her coaching on putting documents together was outstanding.

Leanne makes a difficult & complicated process straightforward. I always took her advice & she got our visa lodged and rapidly approved.

Leanne recently helped me settle a matter I would never have been able to deal with on my own, due to multiple medical conditions. She was professional, gentle, helpful, supportive and explained the process clearly. The time frame was realistic and was actually over more quickly than expected.

I would recommend their services highly.

Very highly recommend !

Jaclyn Green and Cale Fryer were very understanding and supportive. They showed empathy and compassion and I felt very comfortable opening up to them about my case and how I was feeling at different stages throughout my case.

Cale was very personal and I knew that he genuinely cared about my health first and foremost. Very professional approach to my case and very reassuring. After every conversation I had with Cale I felt more and more confident that my case was going to have a good outcome which in the end it did.

I have told many people about my experience and the satisfaction I felt at the end of my case after working with the team at Hall Payne Lawyers. I highly recommend the professional team at Hall Payne Lawyers.

Leanne Taylor was of great assistance and instrumental in the successful sponsorship and employment of our newest team member.

I highly recommend Leanne for guidance and assistance during this process and will utilise her services should we pursue sponsorship of future employees.
