Taylor is a talented marketing professional with a deep understanding and respect for the legal industry. She began her marketing career in New Zealand after completing a double degree and moving to Australia to work at Hall Payne.
In her role as Marketing & Business Development Executive, Taylor leads the marketing team on a national level – helping the Directors and lawyers to identify and execute marketing strategies that win, grow and retain work with their clients.
Taylor is responsible for managing all marketing output of the firm – from digital marketing through to campaigns, sponsorships and events.
She is heavily involved in the relationship management of the firm’s valued Union clients and regularly attends industry conferences.
Taylor is collaborative, responsive, creative, commercial, and fair. She enjoys the sense of satisfaction when she sees marketing activity make a tangible impact on the firm.
Outside of work, you can ask Taylor for recommendations on the best road trips for camping by the beach or advice on how to entertain high energy French bulldogs.
