Andrew is a seasoned personal injury lawyer based in our Brisbane CBD office, with extensive experience in worker’s compensation, public liability, motor vehicle accidents, intentional tort, and institutional abuse matters across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
He has broad expertise across an extensive range of matters, including those involving complex liability issues and catastrophic injuries, regularly appearing or instructing in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Andrew has been dedicated to supporting the rights of injured people and advocating for fair outcomes throughout his career and has years of experience collaborating with trade unions, victim support groups, and other advocacy bodies to promote justice for those who need it most.
He has advocated strongly for the rights of claimants within Queensland’s many statutory compensation schemes, such as the Worker’s Compensation Scheme and National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ). Andrew is often passionately involved in lobbying for further protections for those who are unable to work because of their injuries.
