Solicitor

Ignat Kozlov is a solicitor at Hall Payne Lawyers and works in the Sydney office. He practises in the firm’s industrial relations, employment and health law teams.

After completing his legal studies, Ignat worked as a tipstaff to his Honour Justice Weinstein of the Supreme Court. In this role, Ignat worked with some of NSW’s top legal minds and observed litigation and advocacy in action almost every day.

Ignat has a keen interest in health law and the professional regulation of health practitioners. He is passionate about helping practitioners through some of the most challenging times in their careers. However, his experience is not limited to healthcare professionals, and Ignat regularly assists clients from other industries dealing with industrial or regulatory issues.

Ignat’s passion for helping others continues through his legal work – the most satisfying part of his job is obtaining a just outcome for a client.

They helped me solve my matter without needing to go to a hearing. They helped me in getting a government agency to offer an unconditional settlement in my favour.

I was sent Hall Payne Lawyers details by my sister in law. I was fortunate enough to have an initial consultation with Mark Diamond about serious work issue.

During our meeting Mark was courteous, respectful, well prepared, and a wealth of knowledge regarding employment law. His honesty and expertise were demonstrated with the outcome and he provided me all the options.

I could not recommend him highly enough.

I reached out to Joe Kennedy in an urgent and sensitive situation, as he was highly recommended to me by a colleague.

Joe was thorough and efficient from the beginning until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. He was particularly patient with me when I was feeling immense pressure and confused, and ultimately kept me focussed on the outcome I was seeking.

I never felt that it was about billing for Joe, quite the contrary. Joe showed expert knowledge, provided and received feedback which he actioned in a timely manner.

I highly recommend his services and will not hesitate to seek him out again if any issues arise in future.
